With a customer base of more than 185'000, "Smile" is the leading Swiss online insurance company. It has an outstanding digital business model, which is now being gradually scaled in other European markets and implemented in Austria in the first market outside Switzerland.
In line with the business model, "Smile" successfully positioned itself as a digital lifestyle brand. This was achieved, among other things, through the consistent and cross-channel implementation of influencer marketing. To this end, the first activities were implemented in the metaverse at the beginning of the year.

The new brand sound as well as the Sound Logo of Smile has been launched with the fall 2023 campaign - across all multimedia channels.
